    I went to shell for buying at midnight and was waiting to the window the Shell Farnborough staff at night (Bishal) was not on the counter.I and one another boy who come to shop was knocking the window but did not answer.Then he came to counter after mints and served with anger.Is this the Shell farnborough customer service?Not recommend to buy any thing ,better is go to next Shell at A the staff is very customer oriented and well behave.NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING.

    Was escorted to this garage by the AA, to be told NO they can't sell me oil, and NO I couldn't use there loo Even though I'd tried to explain I'd been stuck on M for a long time!!! (language barrier), mins later he served cans to someone through the window, WTAF? I hope to god they are never in a dire medical emergency cause I'll just mumble something at them and say NO as that seemed to be the only English word they knew, absolutely fuming
